UK Settlement (PR)
UK Settlement (PR) also known as ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain’ in the UK. Having Settled in the UK means you can stay in the UK without any time restrictions and travel in and out of the UK without obtaining the visa for UK.
UK Spouse Visa
A UK Partner Visa allows Spouses, unmarried or same-sex partners and fiancés of UK citizens or permanent residence holders come and live with their family in the UK. An eligible partner is a spouse (husband, wife or civil partner); or unmarried or same-sex partner; or fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner.

UK EEA Family permit
UK EEA Family Permit is issued to enter the United Kingdom as a family member of a citizen of a contracting state to the European Economic Area agreement or a Swiss citizen. A family permit is issued for six months initially to enter and remain in the UK along with their EEA National family member.
Biometric Residence Permit
The UK Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) Card is a secure method for distinguishing foreign national who hold a valid leave to remain in the UK. It is normally issued to the applicants when their leave to enter or remain applications are granted. If your biometric residence permit card is lost or stolen, application for replacement biometric residence permit can be made.

Before you apply you must have your business plan assessed by any authorised body. If your business plan is viable you will be provided by an endorsement letter. It is compulsory that for start-up visa you get endorsed by an authorised body it can be either a UK Higher Education Institution or a business organisation that has a history of supporting UK entrepreneurs.

Innovator Visa for UK is for those, who are willing to set up a new or the same business in the UK. You can apply if you are outside from European Economic Area (EEA) & Switzerland. Tier 2 Work Visa UK
You can apply for a Tier 2 Work Visa For UK if you’ve been offered a skilled job in the UK. You need to have a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed sponsor before you can apply to come to the UK to work under Tier 2 (General) category.
Tier 4 Student Visa
You can apply for a Tier 4(General) Student Visa to study in the UK if you’re 16 years old or over. You must have got a place on a course in an education institution in the UK to obtain this visa. You have to demonstrate that you have sufficient understanding of English language. You also need to have enough money to support yourself and to pay for your course fee.
Tier 5 Temporary Work Visa
The Tier 5 Temporary Work Visa UK category is designed for certain workers with a temporary or short-term job offer in a cultural, charitable, religious or international capacity in the UK. The Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) visa category is part of the UK’s points-based system and includes specific visa subcategories for Creative and Sporting Workers, Charity Workers, Religious Workers, Government Authorised Exchange, Youth Mobility Scheme and International Agreement Workers.
Global Talent Visa UK
This visa route is for applicants with extra ordinary/exceptional talent in below mentioned fields. There are two main criteria of eligibility i.e. Leader with Exceptional Talent and Potential Leader with exceptional talent. This visa is going to be successor of current Exceptional Talent visa in future. For eligibility and/or documentary evidence for each field, you must have at least one award or at least nominated for award which must be at international level, for example in Film and TV field, there must be some Academy/Oscar award which the applicant have won or nominated at least. Furthermore, your work must have been acknowledged in two countries if applying for Leader and in one country at least if applying for Potential Leader. That acknowledgment must be proven via newspapers, talk shows, Govt. endorsement or publishers. For example, if applicant is applying under Arts and Culture category, his/her book or article must be published by an international publisher in at least two countries
Post Study Work Visa UK
Post Study Work (PSW) visa will be open from 2021 and the students who will join their undergraduate or post graduate program in UK from autumn 2020 sessions will be eligible to apply once they will complete their degree programs. The students who are already in UK or have completed their studies in UK are not going to be eligible.
